Steve Retzlaff

As president of Badger Mailing and Shipping Systems, Steve is committed to honesty and integrity as the core values of his company. He is dedicated to his clients and will not under or oversell equipment. Steve believes the right match between a customer's needs and the correct mailing solution will result in a satisfied customer every time.

Todd Schinke

Todd began his career in the mailing industry as a service technician. Now, as the Vice President of Badger Mailing and Shipping Systems, Todd oversees the service and sales staff. Todd understands how the equipment works as well as what it is capable of. This broad knowledge base enables him to exactly meet our customers' needs.

Lynda Hoskinson

Lynda Hoskinson is a valued member of the Badger Team and will be your point of contact for the Appleton – Fox Valley Area.  She has represented Hasler/Neopost for over 7 years in theDetroit area.  Lynda is a Document Handling Specialist trained both by our Corporate Organization and the USPS.  Her expertise is in analyzing document/packaging creation, execution and flow to and from company mail streams.  Lynda’s consulting skills have greatly reduced waste and expenditure, while increasing efficiency and productivity for her clientele base

Ron Scherwinski

Ron is a veteran in the mailing industry. Ron utilizes a consultant approach with his clients. This technique allows him to understand his clients' immediate and future needs as well as forge a strong relationship. Ron's eight years of experience as a board member of the Green Bay PCC has also adds to his extensive knowledge of the mailing industry. He considers his clients "partners", not just sales contacts.
